Always Caring. Always here.

About Us

Sims Care was developed to support the challenges in health & social care and to ensure that people, have access to person centred care that meets their needs. As company our service provides options for our service users that require further support at home, or the use of our assisted living facility.

We currently have homes in Essex and Greater London, we are an independent supported living provider specialising in supporting vulnerable young people and care leavers aged 16 to 21. We work with the young person, their social worker and where appropriate parent/carer to ensure that the residential experience is individually tailored, positive and highly beneficial to the individuals’ identified needs and plans. We also have provisions for adults.

Mission

Our goal is to create an environment for young people to excel and achieve their dreams and improve their life chances as they transition into adult services. We believe that care should be provided to clients on an individual basis, with the intention of promoting their independence, respecting their privacy, dignity, and rights, and affording them the opportunity to exercise choice.
